Our delicious blueberry bento cheesecake is just like a cute tiny basket of forest berries. It`s completely homemade, all including the base crust and white chocolate glaze we make ourselves. It`s a perfect sweet gift for those who love berry flavors and appreciate natural desserts.

Our blueberry bento cheesecake gets its vibrant color from a lot of berries in it; we don’t add any artificial colorants. All the ingredients we use are natural and of the highest quality. No margarine or palm oil is used. We don’t add any preservatives, so the recommended shelf life of the cheesecake is two days, as befits a natural product.

Ingredients: Homemade crust: flour, butter, egg yolk, powdered sugar, cocoa. Cheesecake filling: Italian cream cheese, blueberries, sugar, eggs, cream, vanilla sugar. Decoration: blueberries, blueberry glazing (white chocolate, blueberries, cream), neutral gel (pectin, sugar, water).

This is a vegetarian cheesecake, it does not contain rennet, gelatin, or margarine.
