Bento Cheesecake “Basque” Double Pistachio

Ingredients: Italian cream cheese (top quality), eggs, sugar, corn starch, vanilla sugar, cream, natural pistachio paste. Decoration: Pistachio cream (natural pistachio paste, cream, white chocolate), pistachios.

This is a vegetarian cheesecake, it does not contain gelatine, margarine and rennet.

The recipe is gluten-free, but may contain traces of gluten from the environment.
