Watermelon Bento Cheesecake with strawberries & basil
August special for Ukraine’s Independence Day, with all profits from 24 August until the end of the month going to support children on the autism spectrum. Our signature watermelon cheesecake brings together the sweetness of ripe watermelon, fragrant late-summer strawberries, refined green basil and chocolate “seeds” — definitely worth trying, while helping little ones at the same time.
For more than three years, we have been working with the Future for Ukraine foundation every day, and our special charity cheesecake for Ukraine’s Independence Day has almost become a little tradition. This year, to raise donations, we created a truly August-inspired dessert, with all profits from both online sales and our locations going to the Levchyk Spectrum Hub project, which supports children on the autism spectrum. The initiative runs from 24 August until the end of the month.
