Tiramisu Cheesecake is a mix of two favorite desserts. A coffee cheesecake with cocoa, savoiardi biscuits, coffee, and, just as a true Italian tiramisu should have, a light note of rum. Very delicate, coffee-creamy, restrained, and stylish — perfect both as a gift and for an everyday dessert.
Tiramisu Cheesecake is a coffee cheesecake from our collection of signature interpretations inspired by favorite desserts from around the world. We combined legendary Italian tiramisu with classic American cheesecake tradition.
For the base, we make our own chocolate cookies. Inside — a velvety texture of cream cheese, cream, and eggs, coffee-soaked savoiardi biscuits, and a delicate note of Oakheart rum. Finished with a dusting of cocoa, inspired by tiramisu’s iconic decoration.
