This is a completely homemade bento cheesecake — we make everything ourselves, from the biscuits for the base to the berry gel and jelly spiral used for decoration. All ingredients are natural and of the highest quality, with no margarine, palm oil, or artificial colours. We do not add preservatives, so, as with any natural product, we recommend enjoying it within two to three days for the best taste.
