Classic "Medivnyk" Honey Cake
A true homemade “Medivnyk” honey cake with honey layers and delicate sour cream frosting. A familiar classic for the festive table, as a gift, or simply as a dessert with coffee. Created from our head pastry chef’s family recipe.
Classic “Medivnyk” made from a homemade recipe. Everything is made in-house using the finest ingredients - just like Mum would make it. Layers made with floral honey, a light sour cream frosting, and the signature crumb decoration. That familiar classic honey flavour and nothing extra.
We make every cake fresh to order, without preservatives, artificial colours, or flavourings. As you’d expect from a natural dessert, the recommended shelf life is 2-3 days.
Order it for a celebration, as a gift, or simply because you feel like cake - with delivery across Kyiv or collection from our cafés.
